Serge Serdiukov is a 44-year old modern-day black & white portrait photographer. He’s contemporary black & white art celebrates bold statement beauty set against unique places and iconic landscapes, shock-factor, and wealth. His portraits are an honest embodiment of sensuality, emotions and confrontational raw sexuality. Though professionally focused on the b&w portrait art, his artistic vision is quite versatile. He is the holder of the 1st price of the prestigious Grand Prix "Photography of the year" 2014 GOLDEN CAMERA International Photo Awards. Serge finds black & white photography to be sexy and honest, stripped of all unnecessary color noise. The photo art itself was born black and white, and he feels we should keep the tradition alive. When you strip photos of screaming color the only thing left is the person photographed, honest, clear, emotional, "naked". Though his art is mostly focused on the art of the portrait, his museum of selfies has generated some noise at 2017 Kyiv Photo Week.
